An excellent publication bringing back many happy memories of my time living on the Fylde coast and seeing some of these workings. Detailed captions are informative. Would thoroughly recommend to anybody with an interest in this period.

I bought this book a few weeks ago now, I found it up to your normal standard, a selection of good photographs covering the Irish Sea coast from Holyhead to Cumbria. There must be scope for L&Y and/or LNWR to the Coast titles to complement this book.
